Terms & Conditions
All inquiries regarding tours/travel services and bookings should be directed to Neelasha Travels LLP, operating under the brand name TrippyJiffy.
Booking Confirmation
When your booking is confirmed, the agreement is made between you and Neelasha Travels LLP. A binding contract is established once we confirm your tour/travel services and receive the initial deposit from you.
Deposit Requirements
- First installment of 60% of the total booking amount is to be paid at the time of confirming the booking.
- Second installment of the remaining amount of the package is to be paid a week prior to your trip start date.
Note: For bookings made during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas and New Year) or for special train journeys and resorts, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
Payments should be made in the name of Neelasha Travels LLP.
Domestic Payments:
- Demand Draft
- Electronic money transfer (RTGS & NEFT)
- Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard)
- Debit Card (Verified by Visa)
International Payments:
- Bank transfer (Bank details will be provided)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard)
A 5% bank charge will be levied for payments made by credit card.
Note: All payments should be made without any deductions or withholding taxes. Any bank charges or transaction fees (from either the remitting bank or intermediary banks) must be borne by the payer.
Cancellation Policy
- If booking gets cancelled 20 days before the travel date, the customer is eligible for full refund except for hotel charges the refund will apply as per terms and conditions of the particular hotel (any other charges may vary).
- Cancellation within 15 days of travel there will be only 20% refund of the amount paid (package cost) until that time.
- No refund 10 days or beyond of the travel date.
- For special train journeys, resort bookings during peak seasons, and exclusive services like Palace on Wheels, Maharajas Express, etc., a separate cancellation policy will apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
For services that have been paid for and canceled in advance but were not used, refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy mentioned above. Refunds will be made to the original payer. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing, as banking procedures may take time. If the refund is made to a credit card or bank account, any associated bank fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Extra Vehicle Usage
Additional vehicle services are not included in the standard booking but are available on request. Extra charges will apply for the use of vehicles and drivers in certain locations.
Liabilities & Limitations
- After finalizing your tour price, if there are increases in entrance fees, taxes, fuel charges, or guide fees by government authorities or suppliers, these will be passed on as additional charges.
- Our quoted rates are based on current agreements with hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Should these suppliers adjust their rates, we reserve the right to modify the prices accordingly.
- All itineraries are intended to provide a general overview of the trip schedule. Changes in the itinerary may occur due to factors like weather, road conditions, or the physical condition of participants. Neelasha Travels LLP reserves the right to modify the itinerary (including transportation and accommodation) at any time for the safety, comfort, and well-being of the participants. These changes will not warrant any refund, and any additional expenses will be the client’s responsibility.
- Neelasha Travels LLP is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or extra expenses caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, weather events, illness, or any other reasons beyond our control. Any resulting additional costs will be borne by the client.
- Neelasha Travels LLP does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property, injuries, or death caused by accidents, negligence, or default by third-party service providers (such as transportation companies or hotels). Clients are responsible for their own safety when using equipment, vehicles, or services provided by third parties.
- Neelasha Travels LLP does not offer insurance for accidents, illness, or theft. We strongly advise all travelers to arrange travel insurance in their home country to cover these potential risks.
Insurance
Please be aware that we do not offer coverage for accidents, sickness, or loss. Clients are encouraged to purchase suitable insurance before traveling.
All personal property and baggage are at the client's own risk throughout the journey.
